We are passionate about helping people reach their full potential and relationships flourish (again), whether at work or at home with loved ones.
Since we both come from different cultural and professional backgrounds and each having different communication styles, the topic of communication became a necessity for us and ultimately a matter close to our hearts.
Together we have been supporting people as mentors/coaches for over 10 years in Switzerland and Europe.
Linda
Baumann
Linda is a passionate creative mind, organisational genius, and heartfelt person with the primary Life Languages™ Responder, Influencer, and Shaper. After a banking apprenticeship and stays abroad in the USA and China, she graduated from the University of Teacher Education Bern and taught for several years in a multicultural environment. In 2017, partly due to a personal turn of fate, she became self-employed as a graphic designer.
Olivier
Baumann
Oli has Swiss roots but grew up in Australia. He earned an MBA from the University of Bern and has since gained diverse professional experience in various industries. As a Life Languages™ Influencer, Shaper, and Responder, he is an enthusiastic encourager and humorous strategist.

How we wished we had known Life Languages™ sooner! We discovered this ingenious tool in 2022, and even after 16 years of marriage, it has provided us with many a smile-inducing "aha" moment. Since then, it has not only strengthened our communication as a couple, but also enriched our friendships and our diverse daily work life.
